Where we ship

EXYR REST currently ships only to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is free.

Processing and delivery

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and busy periods. We will email tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Carrier delays, severe weather and address problems can affect delivery. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Address changes

Email info@exyr.shop as soon as possible if your address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the fulfilment partner and explain the next step.
